I have used commercial ozone injection as a laundry supervisor in the Colorado prison system, and know it works! Also I have ozone injection on my hot tub. The Glo Tower smells the same when used. I have to trust that it is doing the job as advertised. Personally I like the way the house smells after using this product. I have recommended it to many since the onset of the virus. I know of three others that have purchased the Glo Towers since I purchased. Some don’t care for the smell, however I believe it smells clean!

we are using these UVC lamps to disinfect the percussion instruments of our High School Marching Band. Since they cannot be wiped down (being made of very delicate wood) and they are shared among students, these lamps are a very good way to keep everyone safe. we just turn them on when the kids have left the school and the instruments are good to go for the next day.

The product took some time getting here but am so glad we bought it. It has to be doing it's work because the UV light has to be doing what it's suppose to do because the smell after it kicks off and tremendous. Every virus, sickness must be getting killed because it smells like death. Since hospitals are now using UV lights to sterilize rooms where people with covid 19 were, it has to worth it;'s weight in gold.

Excellent UV lamp. I can definitely smell the smell after a couple hours wait time. It is kind of reassuring since it is a sign it works. My only complain is that if your want to put the lamp in the meddle of the room, the cord is probably not long enough.

I had some mold from a HVAC unit leaking condensate. I sprayed it with fungicide and used this UV lamp for several one hour cycles. The mold smell is gone and the air in the area smells much cleaner. I believe the UV is necessary in addition to any fungicide to ensure all areas are reached.

Excellent product. Completely obliterated the green mold in our basement. We came back from a vacation and absolutely NO mildew/moldy smell. You still need to wipe affected areas off, no return growth so far ( 3 weeks)There is an off gassing smell when you use this product, just ventilate after use. The company gives warnings of this.The remotes are very sensitive - have turned on the lights just by handling the fob.

It's working.Really nice and compact for placing in suitcase for travelling. Read many reviews before purchasing a UV-C sanitizing travel wand, this one had the best comments of those in the market place. As many know travelling by air domestically not to mention international is at best a lab experiment, especially during cold and flu season. Lab reviews indicate a UV-C light may also reduce exposures at hotels, so adding it to my travel kit along with hand sanitizers, clorox wipes, new 3M AIR travel nose filters. Always be prepared.

IT IS A KEEPER. I have two diseases. Prior to this purchase I could not use airplanes. Now I sanitize the seat belts, seat trays, backs everything and at hotels I sanitize faucets, switches, remotes, phones, faucets. I have taken two trips and have not become sick. I saw a CNN special where scientists swabbed every single surface in a newsroom utilized by tons of different people 24 hours a day and the samples received were off the charts. The entire room was scanned with this wand, the scientists returned to re-swab and 99.99% of all germ and nasty disease causing germs were gone.

Definitely a great buy.This UV-C germicidal sanitizing lamp really does work. The fact that one can sanitize surfaces without harmful chemicals and it's been proven ultraviolet light is effective in disrupting microbial spread and infection. Follow the instructions that come with the lamp. I took the added reassurance of purchasing visualizer strips to ensure the wand is indeed working properly. I got a positive color change from yellow to green to let me know this ultraviolet light is up and operational!

I love it, It works fantastic and helps keep items like my computer and computer mouse a bit more sanitary. I use it all around the house to keep down the germ environment under control. I use it on trips and in hotels to sanitize things there as we all know the rented rooms are not always sanitized properly during housekeeper cleaning. I feel better knowing that the bathroom, door knobs, light switchplates and other things we touch are germ free during the Winter when colds and flu are more likely to be spread around through contact with these common areas. I sanitize our pillowcases on our pillows if I don't change the pillowcases every day. My family has had fewer illnesses since I have been using this portable sanitizing travel wand. I love it!

Kills even a strong old odor in a room, or a garage. What a great surprise, small particles are affected by cleaning molecules, the lamp neutralizes them and either destroys them.

Received and tested both lights for any defects, none as of yet. It is absolutely strong on the O-zone smell, you can start smelling it after 2 seconds of it being turned on, It is a mercury vapor filled bulb, actually I can see a small bead of mercury running around in it if you tipped the bulb. I'll be using these bad boys to sterilized my home and tools. I'm actually using this in conjunction with a wifi outlet and mounting bracket so I don't have to be in the room when turning it on.Do not look or be in the room when this is on. It's viciously strong on the smell, and the same on the UVC!Stay clean, stay safe!

I love using smell to deodorize and clean my house. The remote and timer are great to have since I was using a desk lamp with my old bulb. Be careful because these bulbs can be fragile. But if you are careful with them they can last for a long time a serve you well.

The product arrived on time. I have a smaller UV light source and a separate industrial strength smell generator. I like the convenience of having both together. I also like have a more powerful UV source and a lot less smells. I especially like the remote control feature so I can start it up and turn it off from a safe distance. It has a built in timer, but, I manually time it depending on the room size and use the remote to start and stop. It is light enough that I can move it around the house easily. It is great for deodorizing and sanitizing small areas. I would recommend the product to others.

The light seems to work as described, but time will tell how effective the combination of UV and smell is. I like that it can be operated with either the remote or controls on the base. I can't comment on the smell smell as both times I've used it I didn't enter the room for four hours.It comes very well packed and the fact that it comes with UV safety glasses is nice, BUT don't use them in order to be in the room when the light is on.

We recently experienced a water leak while away on vacation. The water mitigation team took 11 ridiculously long days to remove all of the wet materials. The entire house smelled like 'old attic'. We set up the lamp and let the room air out. When I came home, my home smelled like the melon on the counter and not musty attic. Best part, the insurance company paid for the lamp.

Makes smell, cleans up musty smell in air quite well. Keep in mind that this is UV, and smell. Don't go looking at the light, or breathing too much of the smell. Put the thing in a lamp with no shade, and run an extension cord away from it so you can plug in it in a outlet away from the lamp. THIS WILL GIVE 'welders flash'. Keep pets and people out of the area when in use, and until excessive smell in room has been vented or go away.

I bought this to install in my central air unit. It has a nice bright light output that I managed to confirm is in the proper spectrum to kill germs and virus. The smell generator aspect seems a bit too prolific.I wired this to turn on while the fan was running and that can be a considerable period of time during the summer months. I had expected the tell tale sign of smell but not as strong as this. I ended up putting a time delay relay on it so that it only runs for 10 minutes after the fan has turned on. Certainly does the job!
