We understand that shopping online can be scary (you can't physically see or touch the items you are buying) and requires trust. While we're confident you'll love our products, we also stand by our UVClean Health Promise -- If there’s anything wrong with the product you received, we will do everything we can to make it right. If a return and refund are necessary, we also ensure that the returns process is easy and hassle-free for you.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Product returns are accepted within 30 days from your order delivery date in exchange for another store product or full refund. No questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@uvcleanhealth.com with your account information (email, phone number, and name ordered from), order number, product information, the reason for return.

Return shipping costs on intact/non-defective products will be at the expense of the customer. If a return is approved for defective products, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Returns for other reasons such as mishandling, wrong shipping address, or credit card fraud will not be honored.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and items included. Please carefully double check your shipping address and order information for accuracy in the order confirmation email. We dispatch the orders within 24 to 72 hours. As a result, we can only accept cancellations and changes within 12 to 24 hours after the order was placed if the order is still pending shipment. Simply email us at support@uvcleanhealth.com within the order cancellation time period. We will process the changes/refunds and get back to you right away.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number via email or sms.
 
REFUNDS BY MAIL
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your returns for a credit back to your account once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. 

The credit card processing company may need an additional 1 to 3 business days to credit your card back.

UVClean Health is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center address. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, UVClean Health is able to refuse issuing store credit for your return.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS/OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via the Online Request Form within 7 business days from delivery date. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to evaluate the issue and make it right within 24-48 hours.


WRONG ADDRESS / RETURN PACKAGE BY SHIPPING COMPANY
If you realize you've entered an incorrect shipping address or forgot to add the apartment/suite number, please e-mail us immediately. When your order gets returned to us (returned to sender), we will refund the order minus the shipping cost. 


We do not reship any return order due to wrong address or orders refused by the customer. If you still need the order than you need to place a NEW order again with right information.

We do not change any address without consulting the customer. If you have place an order and you have realize that you have entered the wrong address just send us an e-mail as soon as possible with the correct address and we will change it for you if your package has not shipped.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for dangerous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please email us at support@uvcleanhealth.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  


RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
  • An irregular or excessive returns history (including but limited to used, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items)
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

LARGE ITEMS/APPLIANCES RETURN POLICY
You can return a large appliance within 30 days of delivery as long as it has not yet been installed and is returned in the original packaging. In rare cases, you might have to pay the manufacturer’s restocking fee.

Before installing the appliance, please double-check the following when it arrives:
1) Scan the box for damage.
2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
3) Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance.

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement.

  • Return drop-offs are NOT accepted at our warehouse.
  • All items sent to our Warehouse will be discarded upon receipt.
